Customers value the exceptional ergonomics and user-friendly design of this mouse, which many users find comfortable and easy to connect. Beyond its physical comfort, users appreciate the well-balanced weight, quiet operation, and reliable battery life. While the device is highly regarded for preventing wrist discomfort, a small number of users noted concerns regarding the price point and potential issues with the scroll wheel over time.

I have a TFCC tear and was previously using the Logitech ergo mouse with the trackball until my thumb started developing issues. This mouse is WAY better. Love the pink color. Wish a MAC version came in this pink color also! White is a horrible color because it stains easily

I own this, and I own the MX Master 3S. I also purchased and returned the MX Vertical. The Vertical was a little too big, so I went with the LIFT. It’s a nice feeling and silent mouse. But, after 2 days of use, I did not think the LIFT improved or solved any ergonomic issues, even making things worse. I have carpel tunnel, I felt like this mouse just slightly changed the pain point vs. eliminated or reduced it. I think it introduced new thumb pain too. Also, because your hand is placed vertically (slightly against gravity) and your hand may slide downward you need to grip the mouse in a handshake fashion to prevent your pinky from dragging. I did not notice the fatigue of maintaining this grip right away but after about 9 hours of working, I could feel my hand tiring of the position, especially in my thumb. I may give it one more day.

The mouse is pretty good for the price. If you want it for wrist pain, it gets tiring after a while so I suggest to use it un conjunction with a regular mouse.

Thanks for the feedback. It's helpful to know the Lift may not be a complete solution for extended wrist pain and works best when paired with a traditional mouse. This insight is valuable as we continue to develop ergonomic solutions. Logitech

The Logitech Lift is a vertical mouse designed to reduce wrist strain. It can take time to adjust to its unique design, but it may improve comfort over time.
