The post lets you raise and lower the light and the tone/color is adjustable. Its a rasonably priced light with good features.

Highly recommend this product for placement on a desk and is a highly maneuverable unit that can be easily tucked away in a vertical lighting position. Highly recommend this particular lighting accessory. Great for online teleconferencing calls.

Whenever my webcam turns on, so does this lightbar. That means one less thing I have to worry about when getting ready to stream or record. The only complaint I really have is the RGB color isn't that great, but since I mainly use it for lighting my face and that really hasn't been a problem.
