I purchased this keyboard case for my daughter, as she'd wanted a keyboard for some time. I looked at different options for keyboards, but finally chose this because of the built in protection against side impact. I know that it works, because my daughter's already dropped it once (that I know of) without damage. I did pair it with a tempered glass screen protector, which works very well.

Protects the mini well. I bought the blue cover, which looks good with the black keyboard. The keyboard is small, but keys have good feel to them. Only one viewing angle when using kebyoard. The Belkin unit I had with my previous iPad had 3 angles. One thing I don't like is that you must manually turn off keyboard if not using it in order to use the on screen keyboard.

good case for iPad mini, but the keyboard needs charging

This is a necessity if you purchase the iPad mini. It is easy to use.

We had this product for approximately 2 years when it failed—the cover detached from the frame that attaches to the iPad Mini. As a consequence, the cover will not stay on the iPad and the stand feature of the cover is inoperable. We did not subject the product of any abnormal or unusual uses or stresses. I complained to Logitech, but they refused to rectify the issue because they said that the product was past the one year warranty period. However, it should be noted that, in reviewing reviews of this product both here on the BB website and on the Amazon website, there are numerous reports of exactly the same failure of this product as we experienced—in more than one case within the first week after purchase and in others within a period of months. So it would appear that the product has a fundamental design defect. We have purchased other Logitech products and, because of their unwillingness to rectify this problem, we will not likely purchase any more Logitech products.
