I specifically wanted a basic, wired mouse. That keeps me from having to worry about batteries or pairing it to the computer. It feels good, solid and comfortable under my hand.

It's not fancy, but it works well. My only complaint is that it's a bit too big for my tiny hands. Otherwise, it does what it needs to to.
