I installed it and found it to be really draggy and jumpy. I thought I'd get used to it but I didn't. I disconnected it and went back to using my old mouse.

I have had problems with the left click button sticking already. But, it does function and work fine, until it doesn't.

I am literally two weeks beyond the return date and it does not work. I noticed it acting wonky long before but thought it might work itself out. Best Buy is NOT the store it once was. I try to avoid purchasing from this store entirely, When you have a country that is centralizing EVERYTHING and you only have one or two stores from which to buy electronics, the consumer has no choice but to buy crap from Best Buy. American citizens need to become MORE VOCAL.

good sound, not so good cord

First the buttons don't click when you press them so when you do you end up pressing multiple times. And the optical sensor doesn't work half the time too. It works but not so great.

You can try cleaning the button/key with compressed air and verify the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch or something similar. Unpair/repair or disconnect/reconnect hardware. Also, try on a different computer.
