It’s about getting an appointment for appliance repair. My Kitchen Aide oven went out at the one year mark. I have an extended 3 year warranty. Took a week to get someone out to look at it. Parts were ordered and are now at my house waiting for someone to fix the oven. He made an appointment for September 7, 2 1/2 weeks after initial visit. He said he was very busy and I could call and get an earlier appointment when the parts arrived. WRONG! Next available appointment was September 9. Do not buy appliances at Best Buy.

Too light, and slips all over the place.

Attention, Elite & Elite Plus Members!

Best Buy removed those tiers and bumped you back to the first tier. In other words, you get no perks for loyalty and, what's more, they removed the perks you'd already earned last year, when you spent enough to earn the tier you achieved. Don't bother purchasing this item or any others from Best Buy. Buy from a more ethical business.

My son tried to remove fault. Twice he succeeded but once i turn it off and start again.. same alarm and note. Took it back to Best Buy. Got 100% credit. Now looking for new laptop. All my efforts, trips to Best Buy and loss of data caused me great pain.

Poor quality model

Not a good experience with the product

I could not get rid of the trapped bubbles and I worked on it for a long time. Decided to return to Best Buy, very easy return process.
