    The buttons for L & R click don't always respond as expected. What feels like a good click isn't always accepted - needs a more firm touch than just enough to feel with finger tip.

    If you were an Elite or Elite Plus Rewards member, you aren't anymore. Best Buy removed those tiers and bumped you back to the first tier. In other words, you get no perks for loyalty and, what's more, they removed the perks you'd already earned last year, when you spent enough to earn the tier you achieved. Don't bother purchasing this item or any others from Best Buy. Buy from a more ethical business.

    bought a DELL laptop. every time I turn it on, an alarm will sound with a note that hard disc not installed. My son tried to remove fault. Twice he succeeded but once i turn it off and start again.. same alarm and note. Took it back to Best Buy. Got 100% credit. Now looking for new laptop. All my efforts, trips to Best Buy and loss of data caused me great pain.

    I will never spend another $ at Best Buy! They have the worst "customer service" policies and do not stand behind their merchandise in any meaningful way.

    M100 is very bad. Cursor jumping and some times slow movement. Recommend M90 ( I already have old one. Still have excellent performances than new M100)

    I have scotch taped the "line" attached to the mouse to the front of the mouse - to keep it from getting in the way of everything I try to enter.

    The screen protector did not work as promised on the package. I could not get rid of the trapped bubbles and I worked on it for a long time. Decided to return to Best Buy, very easy return process.

    We bought this for my mother's laptop and it did not work at all. It was basically unrecognizable to the laptop and honestly it felt a little too small. Not worth it.

      Hi amtx11, I'm sorry that you felt the 70.87 inch long cord was too long. Everyone's computer set up is different and need the longer "tail".
