    missing parts

    Bought this back in May of 2020. Didn't need it till today Aug 2020. When I opened the package there was no battery (no big deal) but the thing you plug into the computer to make the mouse work was also not in there. I tried to call BB in Roseville, MI for over 1 1/2 hours and no one ever answered the phone. This is just horrible. How can you do business like this. And, on your recorded messages there is no option to enter for help with an item you ordered like missing parts. Really just disgusted right now and am unable to drive up there for about 2 to 3 more weeks. So now I don't have a mouse and am not good on computer without one.

      Hello nusha. We're sorry to hear you're missing parts. There should be a compartment on the bottom of the mouse that slides downward. The battery and USB receiver should be in this compartment. If you already checked here and they aren't there, I would recommend reaching out to our support team here https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000621393 so that they can get you the right parts.     This mouse is very inaccurate as it is pointed to what you want to select. The middle/scroll button doesn't work very well either. Because of the price paid I will most likely throw it away.

    The Logitech M190 Full-size Wireless Mouse is a very precise, lag free mouse that is very comfortable in the hand. It easily connects via bluetooth and takes up very little space. I used it with both a pc and with a new MacBook.Air.. Pairing was quick and there were no dropouts. It uses a small usb 2.0 dongle connected to the computer. This is fine for a pc with a usb 2.0 connection but the new MacBook Airs only have usb-c connections so an adapter is required. One thing that I particularly liked was how accurate line by line scrolling is in documents and web pages. I highly recommend this quality, wireless mouse.

    On and off switch a hassle

    A pain in the neck turning on and off with no light. Switch is hard to move back and forth and you can't see the lettering. Difficult to reach into even with a fingernail.

      Hi MsMissy, So sorry to hear about the difficulties you're having with turning the M185 on and off. There is an auto-sleep mode on the mouse that allows for you to not worry about switching it all of the time. Since the M185 is an Optical sensor mouse, there's no light like a laser mouse to show that it's on. If you download the Options software, you'll be able to see if you're mouse is turned on and get a battery status.     FANTASTIC Logitech M190 Mouse

    Another great product from Logitech! This M190 Mouse is real nice and compact. It fits really well in my hand. I have larger hands for a woman and it was very comfortable and enjoyable to use! My hand didn't get tired like it does with some mice. In-use, the mouse glides across my desk and is very accurate. Its response was quick and no lag between physical movement and action on-screen. It remains to be seen if the battery will last 18 months - that's a very long life. My other mice are good if the battery last 9 months. I really like how Logitech hid the USB Receiver in the battery compartment. Handy storage area with no chance of losing it.

    Used maybe 10 times for a few minutes then died. The few times it was used it was so overly sensitive that it constantly had to be picked up and moved manually.

    Recently purchased this mouse and it stopped working after a few months. It was great while it worked, but I expect my products to have a longer life.

    I found it interesting how this mouse kind of pushes your hand forward comfortably so using the mouse buttons and scroll wheel seems effortless. I found the mouse to be very responsive both when scrolling and clicking. This is a very light weight mouse even with the battery. I have to say I rather prefer a little more weight so to me this feels somewhat on the cheap side. I do own quite a few Logitech mice, Keyboards and such. I just find they have always worked for me so why change. It was no suprise to me that this worked immediatly out of the box. If you are looking for an extra mouse or even a goto, this will meet your needs!

All Logitech mice have the capability to zoom in on webpages, Office applications, and pictures by holding the "CTRL" key on your PC and scrolling forward, or backward to zoom out, on center scroll wheel of the M185 mouse.     Feels cheap ,rattles , the wheel is pretty noisy when rotated . It even makes noise when you slide it on the mouse pad.
