    I bought this to connect to a Microsoft Surface. I could not connect to the tablet. I tried it on my laptop and no go. I ended up returning and replacing it with another brand.

    The M187 wireless optical mouse black has a defect. it's hard to open and there is no light. you cant identify if the mouse is connected to the computer.

      Hi Conrad, So sorry to hear about the issues you're having with the M187 Wireless Optical Mouse. In regards to you not being able to see a light to determine if it's on, the M187 uses an infrared optical LED light that is invisible to the human eye. If you're not sure whether your mouse is powered on, check the ON/OFF switch located on the bottom. When it's on, you should see green next to it and if it's off, you should see red next to it.       Hello, I am sorry to hear the mouse was not working properly. Next time, let us replace it for you as it comes with a 3 year warranty.
