Posted .That's unfortunate! Refer the mentioned steps and check if that helps to resolve the issue: 1. Verify the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch or something similar. 2. Move the device closer to the USB receiver. If your receiver is in the back of your computer, it may help to relocate the receiver to a front port. In some cases the receiver signal gets blocked by the computer case, causing a delay. 3. Keep other electrical wireless devices away from the USB receiver to avoid interference. 4. Try on a different computer. Incase if the issue still persists, reach out to Logitech Support Team.

Posted .Hello, Very sorry to hear of your disappointment with the M220 Silent Wireless Mouse. In regards to it not clicking half the time, that could be caused by a faulty or weak connection due to several reasons. If you have the USB receiver plugged into a rear facing USB port on your desktop tower there could be interference and you'll need to move the receiver to a front facing USB port or, if you don't have one, use an extender cable. Another reason could be if you're using a USB Hub. Plug the receiver directly to your computer. If these suggestions don't solve the problem, then go to https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000621393 for more help.
