    This item does not work. I even tried changing the battery and nothing. It does not come on. Very disappointed as I had looked forward to using this mouse

    I've bought two since getting my new Microsoft computer recently. The first one quit working, brought it to Best Buy, got a second one. It just stopped working a few days ago also. My husband found an old mouse that works fine and am now using.

    I am going to return this mouse because it is far too sensitive on the right side. the right side continually is tuening up varied menus.

    Just OK - gets the job done!

    The mouse worked fine at first - then stopped working about a month later. The light sensor failed on it. I tossed it and purchased a 2nd on. So far, OK!

      That's unfortunate! Refer the mentioned steps and check if that helps to resolve the issue: 1. Verify the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch or something similar. 2. Move the device closer to the USB receiver. If your receiver is in the back of your computer, it may help to relocate the receiver to a front port. In some cases the receiver signal gets blocked by the computer case, causing a delay. 3. Keep other electrical wireless devices away from the USB receiver to avoid interference. 4. Try on a different computer.

    Doesn’t work 90% of the time. Will work for a few minutes and then skip around and then stop responding. Spend most of my day still using my MacBook mousepad
