    The Logitech M220 Silent wireless optical mouse is good, but not 100% totally silent. You can still hear the muffled click when tapping on the mouse, but yes, it is much better than a traditional one in that it reduces the annoyance of constantly hearing tapping/clicking. Especially if you use it in a bedroom or near someone who is trying to sleep.
