I have been using it for almost 4 months, frequently leaving it ON overnight, and have not replaced the battery since. My 2 year old has dropped it a few times, and it survived! The blutooth usb module is rather small, and it hides into the battery compartment when i travel. Overall, I highly recommend this mouse to anyone!
