To me it is much easier to use then the one on the laptop. Very convenient. Lets my lap top work jest like a desktop mouse, which is the reason I purchased it. So ease to install as well.

I chose this mouse instead of another brand because I have had nothing but solid service with every Logitech device I have purchased and will continue to use them

It is a little heavier and sturdy. It's more consistent than the other. I did this once for another computer and chose the same type before. Liked them both.
