We have been using it for hours every day since we bought it. Haven't changed the battery - yet. Works well. Would get it again. I went to this larger size because I like having greater and faster control of my mouse. It's surprising durable too. I've accidentally dropped it on the ceramic tiled floor quite a few times and it keeps on working. I do recommend and it's well built to last.
