Best Buy worked on my computer for a few visits to see what was wrong and they finally did find the trouble -- it needed a new battery. I got a new battery, they installed it in one hour and I am completely and happily satisfied with both items and with the service, which is superb! I have a membership and will always have one. Wireless Mouse

The only problem I have is, sometimes I forget to turn it off. It's larger than my old mouse which is good, it's easier to hold onto. I was able to get the color I wanted too.

Works perfectly from the minute you put the adapter in. Set up takes seconds and you don't have to turn it off and on as when it's not in use it powers off automatically and cones in when you move it. Great product for the price!

I saw an opportunity to pick up another for a VERY good price at Christmas, and so I did. Now I have a backup if I ever take my older one apart to try to clean/fix it and fail... great product!

Because I was mostly using it in a public setting, I was bothered by the clicking noise when I used the scroll wheel. This mouse was inexpensive and easy to install. No noise, and I greatly appreciate the wireless connection.

Dropped it many times on hard floors and traveled with it as well. Had been very durable and reliable. Finally managed to drop it and break it. So bought the exact same thing.
