Posted .The optical sensor in M310 gives you smooth and accurate cursor control on almost any surface. That means accurate mouse movements with no more annoying missed clicks hence this is not the expected behavior. Please get in touch with Logi Support team for best possible solution in this case.

It doesn’t connect to the wireless keyboard and doesn’t indicate that information anywhere on the packaging. I couldn’t return it because it was opened and I had thrown out the package . Poor labeling.

Microsoft worked better
