Disappointed

We've tried it on multiple laptops, and it won't work on any of them. Very disappointed. I've owned other Logitech mice, and have been pleased with all of them. I think I just got a lemon with this one.

Posted .That's unfortunate! Refer the mentioned steps and check if that helps to resolve the issue: 1. Verify the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch or something similar. 2. Move the device closer to the USB receiver. If your receiver is in the back of your computer, it may help to relocate the receiver to a front port. In some cases the receiver signal gets blocked by the computer case, causing a delay. 3. Keep other electrical wireless devices away from the USB receiver to avoid interference. 4. Try on a different computer.

Worst Mouse I ever tried

Too light, can’t use.

However, this time it refused to work (I was replacing a larger version). I changed the battery and switched out the dongle with one that works and still no joy.

Horrible Mouse!

LOOK AS IF IT was going to come apart after I first opened it coming out of Best Buy. Immediately returned. Purchased the MX Anywhere 2S instead. Guess you get what you pay for; in this case anyways.

Nice Fit for Hands, Bad Quality

Had to use tweezer to get it out. Try a different one

Only good for six months

A little glitchy

This mouse is not as responsive as it’s little siblings. I’d give the smaller ones a chance before this one.
