    This mouse loses communication with the PC all the time and jumps all over the screen. Spend the extra money and get a better one. Terrible mouse.

    Battery doesn't last long in it. Have to change it a lot, but nice to have for a notebook.

      Hello Bob, I am so sorry to hear about your connectivity issues with the M310 mouse. It's always recommended to be within 10 ft of the USB dongle and the mouse itself. Also, air interference could be an issue. Lastly, always reach out to us at our Logitech support website so we can help out. Sometimes its just a funky mouse that doesn't work.     The wireless mouse I purchased did not work properly, it ran very slowly and I had to purchase another one (which works great.); will return this one.

    Keeps going out. Have to keep removiing the battery, reinsetting, it and turning it back on. Very frustrating while at work.

      Hi, sorry to see you're having some connectivity issues with your M310 mouse. You can use the Logitech Connection Utility app too reconnect the receiver to the mouse. That should fix the issue for you. If not, you do have a 3 year limited warranty that comes with purchase that can be used to get a replacement mouse. Hope that helps
