stopped working

This last time it could not be made to work and could not be replaced by Best Buy although it was still under the manufacturer warranty.

Not that great

It would only track consistently for a little while after turning it off and resetting it by pulling the battery. The latest Logitech Setpoint software was installed and the machine it was connected to had been rebooted several times. I ended up returning it because it just wasn't worth the hassle.

Didn't work!

Finagling didn't help, nor did new batteries accomplish anything. So I bought another one ... and this one did work at all. Thanks to Best Buy I got my money back and am back to using a wired mouse.

Worst Logitech mouse of you so far.

It’s very jumpy and connection to the USB dongle seems awfully week is constantly interrupted much more than other logitech mice that I’ve used.

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry you are having issues with your mouse. Here are possible solutions:
If your mouse is not working, the problem is likely to be a lost connection. The connection between the mouse and Unifying USB receiver can be lost for several reasons. Make sure you have fresh batteries in your mouse and is turned on. Make sure the Unifying USB receiver is securely plugged directly into a working USB port on your computer. Turn your computer on. Finally, download the correct version of Logitech SetPoint mouse and keyboard software. If you need further assistance, please contact Logitech support on the website.
