Posted .Hello. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and concerns with the M310 mouse. I'm sorry to hear that you were unable to get the mouse to work with your laptop. The M310 is a universal wireless mouse. It will work with any computer and even most tablets. All it needs is a USB-A port, so if you only have USB-C ports, you will need an adapter to plug in the wireless receiver. If you would like a wireless mouse without the use of a USB receiver, you can also use one of our many Bluetooth mice available at Best Buy.

Not a good product. Mouse get confused

Then I notice the mouse like totally does it’s own thing and something you have to take out the batteries and put it back in to reset it so it can work.

Stopped working!

Will have to take it in to Best Buy to see if there is a problem with the mouse itself or with the USB port. I already checked to see if the battery was OK and it is!
