    I used to use Logitech mouse's for all my computers if not getting an apple one, and this one was so clunky and uncomfortable, Wanted it to work, really did, but it didn't.

      That's unfortunate! Refer the mentioned steps and check if that helps to resolve the issue: 1. Verify the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch or something similar. 2. Move the device closer to the USB receiver. If your receiver is in the back of your computer, it may help to relocate the receiver to a front port. In some cases the receiver signal gets blocked by the computer case, causing a delay. 3. Keep other electrical wireless devices away from the USB receiver to avoid interference. 4. Try on a different computer.

    I have tried using it several times. I thought the battery it came with was bad, so I changed it. Still it isn't working. When things settle down with Covid-19, I'll be bringing it back to the story.

    I have always used Logitech products and have high regard for them. However, this time it refused to work (I was replacing a larger version). I changed the battery and switched out the dongle with one that works and still no joy.

    Do NOT BUY! LOOK AS IF IT was going to come apart after I first opened it coming out of Best Buy. Immediately returned. Purchased the MX Anywhere 2S instead. Guess you get what you pay for; in this case anyways.

      Hi, sorry to see you're unsatisfied with your M310. But I am also glad to see you switched it to an MX Anywhere 2s! Both are great mice, but the Anywhere 2s is even better from portability and productivity!

    Nice Fit for Hands, Bad Quality

    I needed a bigger mouse to work from home and this worked perfectly for 5 months and the usb broke and a piece was stuck in my laptop. Had to use tweezer to get it out. Try a different one

    I have had great luck with the smaller version of this mouse, as I’ve had two of them for years. This mouse is not as responsive as it’s little siblings. I’d give the smaller ones a chance before this one.

    mouse scroll button wasn't smooth enough to be properly useful wound up being my secondary ouse for my older less used compter will not but this version again

    Mouse worked fine originally, comfortable on the wrist too. But the mouse has since stopped being reactive. I would return if I could. Don’t get it.

    It stopped working soon after I purchased it. Dealing with Logitech was a horror to get it replaced. You would think it was worth a ton of money. I finally gave up and purchased a different mouse

    My first wireless mouse and I am not happy with it at all. Downloaded the driver and still works very poorly. It works best on my knee, if you can understand that. I am planning on returning and getting another.

    Logitech - M310 Wireless Optical Mouse - Peacock Blue has stopped working after 24 hours. I replaced the batteries at no avail. Hard to return the mouse when the packaging was destroyed while opening the box.

    The scroll feature doesn't work. This was a Christmas gift and we just opened it. Since it's no longer returnable, it's, unfortunately, useless.

    Great wireless mouse for this price

    I bought this on a deal for $8.99 from bestbuy and it's awesome. Pros: > It has soft rubber grips on the side and it's really comfortable to use it > Plug and play - Just plugged the wireless receiver into the usb port, inserted the battery and it was good to go > Uses just 1 AA battery and has an on/off button - but I leave mine on all the time > I like it's sensitivity. Without changing any computer setting, I found this to be more sensitive / responsive compared to my earlier optical mouse Cons > It does not bother me much, but I would have liked the mouse to be more lighter.
