    This wireless mouse does not work when the mouse is on top of the desk and the tower is under!!!

    One star as it didn't work on my laptop! Plug-no-play item! I would've given it zero stars, but that's not an option.

    was told this would last a long time before battery went down i shut it off after each use & it still quit working after a couple wks.

    Keeps going out. Have to keep removiing the battery, reinsetting, it and turning it back on. Very frustrating while at work.

      Hi, sorry to see you're having some connectivity issues with your M310 mouse. You can use the Logitech Connection Utility app too reconnect the receiver to the mouse. That should fix the issue for you. If not, you do have a 3 year limited warranty that comes with purchase that can be used to get a replacement mouse. Hope that helps
