Logitech is always rock solid. I got in an argument with my wife and spiked the mouse into the floor. I popped the top plate back on and it still works like a champ.

Take out of the box plug in and you are ready to go. My 14 year old son installed it himself and never asked for help. Like the tiny little usb for the side. Doesn't stick out very much and get in the way of him carrying the laptop around.

I've been using the same Logitech mouse that I bought ten years ago and it still works! I know this mouse is really well built so I bought another one for my grandparent.

When the unifying software came along, I was relieved. But when this model mouse came out, I found that I preferred to have one for each pc I own. (rather than keep swapping out the USB receiver.)

Make sure to see how it fits in your hand. It is a little small for mine, but I have had no issues with it working on my computer. Great battery life.

Comparing with the other brands, this mouse save the battery even if you don't turn it off. If you computer get into the sleep mode, your mice will do the same. That is great, because the battery last longer than the other wireless mouse.

Needed an extra mouse; left mine at work. Works great so far for laptop. I will get another one when I am close to a best buy.
