I called Best Buy and was hung up on 4 times. Finally I got someone in the Geek Squad called me back and told me what was wrong. It takes time for it to adjust. Why wasn't that in the instructions? However, the mouse works fine and I'm glad that I got a cordless one.

It was easy to pair the mouse with my existing USB adapter using Logitech's unifying utility. This mouse is very comfortable to hold and performs perfectly.

Great little mouse

I've tried the Microsoft version to no avail. That one Felt nicer in the hands but full of poor engineering this one is a great choice for everyday but not hardcore use (Aka competitive gaming)

This is the perfect replacement it does everything my old mouse did plus extra features built in and it was a plug and play. Great product.
