    Purchased this by suggestion of my sales rep when buying new laptop. He seemed familiar with the HP laptop/tablet but never told me it was touch screen so there was def no need for remote. Missed return of unopened product by one day (had no idea return policy is 14 days????). Store refused to even let me exchange for another product in store
