Followed directions and unable to make the connection for use. We even changed the batteries that came with it and still did not function. Any one have suggestions as to make this work?

Great mouse for small hands

The first one was slightly larger and more of what I wanted but I grabbed this one because I was in a crunch for a new mouse. This mouse performs as advertised however it would be more suited for those age 14 and under due to its size. I would not recommend to an adult male as it does not fit comfortably in your hand.
