dissappointed, maybe a bad batch

The design was small but we knew that when we bought it and that did not matter to us. What is dissappointing is that it quit working after only 3 weeks of use. We will try to exchange, as it may just be a bad batch. If it had not quit working, I would definitely rate it a 5 star.
