    Purchased this mouse to replace a mouse that was double and triple clicking. This one has already started double clicking sometimes.

    The mouse is fine, but some of the settings are tricky and hard to avoid. For example, it has a wheel with back and forward functionality, which frustrated me so much. I ended up buying a new mouse.

    the production of this item in 2019 and 2020 is poor quality compare to the production in 2013. I have the the same item bought from best buy in 2013 and it still working like a charm without any type of issues and high quality in everything compare to the new production of this item in 2019 and 2020

      Hello customer, I'm sorry to hear that your M325 stopped working. If you haven't already, I would suggest reconnecting the USB to your computer, and changing out the batteries to make sure that they're seated properly.

    This is a cheaply made mouse, the scroll button is barely connected. Next time i will spend a little more on a wireless mouse....you get what you pay for.

    Had a fit trying to pair it with my computer. Took a long time but once I did it works fine. Better directions that accompany it would help out a lot

    Unfortunately, I had to return this mouse for being inaccurate. Attempting to move it horizontally will cause the cursor to move diagonally instead, a fatal flaw that makes the mouse incredibly aggravating to use. It's likely that my mouse was simply defective, but this particular specimen is all I have to go on to judge this product by.

      Sorry to see you were having difficulty with the M325 mouse. You may have been experiencing tracking issues with the mouse because of possible debris on the optical sensor or the surface it was being used on. Hope that helps for he future!

    when I trie the last time with chat- she stated no order under name or phone number--thusly we cancelled the charge in dispute with credit card company - although there is alwys the possibility the order was delivered to right house number wrong street in allotment- sorry can not give you a better rating-- how can I give purchase date not received--recommend to friend -again do not yet have it march 1 and no longer need it

    Nice little mouse

    I have a keyboard using the Unifying Receiver, and I really like the tiny receiver and the great battery life of the keyboard itself. When my MMO mouse died, then my old backup died, I was in the market for a new mouse. This one was on sale for 12.99 so I picked a couple up. I didn't think I would like the small form factor, but it's actually not that bad. I also really like not having to deal with a cord! This is my first cordless mouse for a long time. I usually shy away from wireless mice and keyboards due to latency and battery life issues I dealt with on older models. These issues seem to have been resolved, however! The one complaint I have is with the scroll wheel. It's very nice and scrolls nice and slick, but there's not very much resistance. Some people may love this, but my issue is that it's hard to scroll precisely, and usually end up scrolling much further than I meant to. I've only had it a couple days, perhaps I'll get used to it. :)

    I purchased this for use with a dvr that is in the cabinet under my tv. It is about 8' from where I sit, and is very jumpy/sketchy.

    I made a mistake of buying this online without looking at it. The mouse is a little too small for me and I don't like the way the cursor moves.
