    Jumpiest little mouse I have ever used. Frequently disconnects and needs to be jostled to begin functioning again. I've tried adjusting the speed settings, but it still leaps all over the screen randomly. I would think after decades of making these devices they could get it right.

    Crashed my computer!!!!

    Installed this mouse, seemed to work fine. Next reboot, my computer came up with blue screen of death. Didn't know it was the mouse at first til I finally did a computer restore to an earlier time. Used the computer no problem, even with reboots. Then, reinstalled this mouse. Next reboot, computer crashed. Did another restore. Computer has been fine since. I am on XP operating system. Won't reinstall mouse again. Waiting for Logitech to send me a new replacement mouse. I believe this may be a known problem....

    I haven't been able to use the product. Moreover, I sought help from you, but I can't seem to get any. I now have useless products that I purchased from you. I'm very disappointed in Best Buy and would never recommend anybody to purchase your products. Consequently, I can't review the products I purchase.

    Pros: Compact size, unifying receiver Corns: noisy, easily getting scratches on its body I feel M275 is much better option.

    For some reason my 3-year old HP wireless computer "did not recognize this device". Tried a second Logitech wireless mouse and this one did not work either. For some reason the USB ports did not work. Previously I used a Logitech wireless mouse and loved it. ???????????

    The thumb drive portion of the device got pushed in too far and was very difficult to retrieve. Possibly ruined the port.
