    Can’t get it to work

    Don’t waste your money. After countless attempts to get this mouse to work, I put it back in its case. I even had my 13 year old attempt to get this mouse to work. If a 13 year old can’t get it to work, it’s not worth the money.

      Hello, I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with this mouse. this mouse connects via a USB dongle. If you computer is not recognizing the dongle, you may need to update the drivers on your computer. These can be found on the Logitech support page for this item under downloads. I hope this helps!     In the past my experience with Logitech mouses was very good. My wife likes the color red so this mouse was the choice. When she started to use the mouse, when she clicked, nothing happen. A strong push on the mouse button was required for it to perform normal functions. I'm returning it.

    Missing Unifying nano receiver

    I took this to a friend in Alaska without opening the package. It was missing the piece you plug into the computer (Unifying nano receiver) so it does not work. Stayed there for a couple weeks and forgot to bring it back with me so he has a mouse that will not connect to his computer.

I have attached a link to the “getting started” page for the M325. In the downloads tab there are software downloads and troubleshooting tools. I recommend running the “Unifying” software, to reestablish the connection between the M325 and the USB receiver. I apologize for the inconvenience.     It worked well for about 9 months. Now the sensor acts like it's being disturbed by something and the cursor hangs up. Blow on it with canned air or shake it and it works for about 30 seconds and it's back to sticking/hanging up.

    to repeat - cannot use as it did not have the USB Port (I may be using the wrong description) I checked all items in the packaging and removed the back of the mouse where I expected to find the connector for the computer but it was not there! I haven't had the time to return and for the price I probably will not find the time - but I will remember!
