Can’t get it to work

After countless attempts to get this mouse to work, I put it back in its case. I even had my 13 year old attempt to get this mouse to work. If a 13 year old can’t get it to work, it’s not worth the money.

The mouse does not perform as expected.

My wife likes the color red so this mouse was the choice. When she started to use the mouse, when she clicked, nothing happen. A strong push on the mouse button was required for it to perform normal functions. I'm returning it.

Missing Unifying nano receiver

It was missing the piece you plug into the computer (Unifying nano receiver) so it does not work. Stayed there for a couple weeks and forgot to bring it back with me so he has a mouse that will not connect to his computer.

I have attached a link to the “getting started” page for the M325. In the downloads tab there are software downloads and troubleshooting tools. I recommend running the “Unifying” software, to reestablish the connection between the M325 and the USB receiver. I apologize for the inconvenience. Now the sensor acts like it's being disturbed by something and the cursor hangs up. Blow on it with canned air or shake it and it works for about 30 seconds and it's back to sticking/hanging up.

If you're still experiencing cursor issues with it, you do have a 3 year limited warranty that an be used to have a replacement sent out to you. Worthless - did not include the USB Port

I haven't had the time to return and for the price I probably will not find the time - but I will remember!
