    Good mouse for the price until the USB dongle started to have issue connecting with my computer or any computer that i tried so i don't know whats going on

      Hello Arianna, I'm sorry to hear that your USB dongle wasn't included with your mouse. It's normally located inside the battery compartment of the mouse in a small slot, and says "Logi" on the end that you can see. I would recommend contacting us via our support site to possibly get a replacement part of claim your warranty. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, and hope we can solve your problem quickly.

    Maybe I just got a bad one - left mouse button doesn’t engage properly. Right mouse button works fine.

Have you tried cleaning your mouse? Often times, dust and debris are the culprit. To clean effectively please follow below:
      If your device has user-replaceable batteries, please remove the batteries.
      Be sure to switch off your device and then wait 5-10 seconds before starting to clean.
      Don’t put cleaning liquids directly on your device.
      For devices that are not waterproof, please keep moisture to a minimum and avoid any liquid dripping or seeping into the device
      When using cleaning sprays, spray the cloth and wipe — do not spray the device directly. Never submerge the device in a liquid, cleaning or otherwise.
      Don’t use bleach, acetone/nail polish remover, strong solvents, or abrasives.

    Great mouse

    This has been a lifesaver in work meetings. Always responsive, haven't had to change the batteries yet and I've had it over a year (to be fair it's not my primary mouse at work). Very good product!

If the computer isnt recognizing the device, youll need to update the drivers on the computer for the device. If it recognizing it and nothing happens then it may need a firmware update.     I have purchased three of these over the past year; one for my laptop,one for my wife's, and one as a gift. I have yet to have a problem with any of them. Just open the package, insert the wireless transmitter in your USB port, put a single AA battery in the mouse, and you are good to go. Nothing to install... the drivers are included in the transmitter in the USB port. The mouse's battery compartment has a storage space for the small wireless transmitter if you need to take it out of your computer so that you don't lose it. Highly recommend.

    I bought this mouse after my old mouse died. I open box and put in blue tooth in port and was ready to go in one minute. A lot more sensitive then my old mouse.
