We needed a wireless mouse for the new laptop, so we looked at the offerings at Best Buy and found this item to be reasonably priced. It works fine, however, it doesn't "glide/slide" across all smooth, flat surfaces very well. Other than that, we are quite satisfied with it's performance, for our needs.
