Simple, easy to set up, very inexpensive

This solves my problem and I can use this mouse instead of internal mouse or carry as a backup. In store Geek squad tech recommended this after checking my laptop and determining that the internal mouse was working again. Great solution. I just stick the mouse in my under seat bag with the laptop when I travel.
