Great assistance from the Geek Squad

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After two visits for updates, etc. with you, we still did not fully understand what we had to do when computer was taken home. At 78 and 81 we are not at all very tech savy. We were then scheduled with the Geek Squad for a 1 on 1 meeting for an hour. Thanks for the patient and kind help.
