I cannot believe such a mistake

So I googled the issue. All you have to do is go to the manufacture site and download the newest update. It took only moments. I thought that my old mouse had been broken, I changed the battery and did everything one would do. It only needed to be updated.

I have owned several of these over the years and I am always pleased with their function and ease of use. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I only purchased this mouse because my old one (same exact model) started to give me some trouble after about a year of use. Every other one I have owned has lasted much longer though, and for the price, it's not a big deal to have to replace it every now and then.
