Supposedly the included batteries last 18 months, another positive on the list (tbd).

It works with the Logitech Unifying receiver, so if you have also a Logitech wireless keyboard they can share the receiver and free up a USB port. Like many wireless devices it works better when it has line of sight, so if you have a desktop computer it is better to plug the receiver into a front port.

It only requires a AA battery and is pretty sturdy and can survive most falls from a 3 foot height. For the price, you can't go wrong.
