I tried several, including the Apple magic mouse. But, surprisingly this 17$ mouse worked best for me! It feels comfortable in my hand (not big neither small), the clic is very soft and there is no lagging. It connected to my Macbook pro in seconds without any setup, apps, steps etc. Highly recommendable!

Even after dropping the mouse one time, it continues to work. I cannot say the same for another generic mouse I use on my second laptop. The only downside on this product is the one and off switch. It is kind of tight and the best way to turn it on and off is to use fingernails that are .25 cm long.

Good mouse in a lightweight small size

One also goes in the backpack with the laptop because I just don't like using the track pad. This style is comfortable in my hand, and built well enough to handle some moderate abuse, like falling off the table every now and then. When it is on sale for $10, it is an excellent value.
