doesnt work

Im upset that I took a chance on purchasing this item. ive tried every which way to get the mouse itself to work. As well as many attempts to connect it with my new laptop. was not worth purchasing. Too bad. Moving on.

Posted .Hello, we are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your M325. Here are some steps that we suggest you can try:If your mouse isn't working, the problem is likely a lost connection. The connection between the mouse and the USB receiver can be lost for several reasons, such as:
Low battery levels
Moving the USB receiver from one port to another
Moving the USB receiver to another computer
Plugging the USB receiver into a hub or other unsupported device such as a KVM switch (NOTE: Your Unifying USB receiver must be plugged directly into your computer.)
Using your cordless mouse on metal surfaces
Radio frequency (RF) interference from more powerful devices such as:
Wireless speakers
Computer power supplies
Monitors
Cell phones
Garage door openers

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry you are having issues with your mouse. Here are possible solutions:
If your mouse is not working, the problem is likely to be a lost connection. The connection between the mouse and Unifying USB receiver can be lost for several reasons. Make sure you have fresh batteries in your mouse and is turned on. Make sure the Unifying USB receiver is securely plugged directly into a working USB port on your computer. Turn your computer on. Finally, download the correct version of Logitech SetPoint mouse and keyboard software. If you need further assistance, please contact Logitech support on the website.

Worst mouse

I bought 4 of them thinking a great product, but the connection between mouse and controller gets disconnect every minute. I have to unplug and replug to work.

Scroll Wheel spins too freely

A little too small for my man hand

Terribly cheap product

It has been sitting on my desk used infrequently so not like it has been handled roughly to have the mouse scrolling completely faulty. You scroll down and then it starts scrolling up as soon as you release. Absolute trash
