It would connect, disconnect, wouldn't turn on unless I opened the battery compartment and fiddled with it... So I started looking for a new mouse to replace it. After spending so much on the fancy one, I really didn't want to spend anymore. This turned out to be exactly what I needed. It doesn't disconnect. It's stable. It starts working as soon as I open my laptop. It's big enough to feel comfortable, but small enough to carry around. Highly recommended.

Wireless Logitec Mouse Mini

Wireless mouse looks excellent and easy to work on any other computer. USB base is small so no worry about breaking off when connected to laptop that moves a lot.
