    Initially I was VERY upset because the mouse I received not only didn't work but there were no batteries included. But I called BB and explained my displeasure and they sent me a new one that was perfect. So the first effort failed, but the second more than made up for it.

    Plugged in the USB and it didn't even have to download or find new item, it was super quick and easy. Mouse roller is smoother than any other I have used before and the click isn't terribly loud and annoying like some are. Overall, I would definitely purchase this product again !
