I kept changing batteries and it still didn’t work. I don’t like it. I had to go through Internet to check to see how it works and it doesn’t have what it’s telling me. I don’t like it at all. I have some thing that I’m not gonna be able to use.

No computer (I have tried multiple) will detect that it's even plugged in, it will not show in Device Manager, and of course does not work. The mouse itself still lights up green. Best Buy only returns products for 14 days, so I'm on my own to deal with this issue.

Waste of Time/Disappointment

But it did not work. The receiver that makes it work was missing. They are going to send me another one. But I have to send this one back and they kindly emailed return label but that cannot be printed off due to incompatibility of my computer. Bad experience all way around.
