There were many available at the store. Performance: It was very easy to setup. No software installation or configuration was required. Just plug-and-play in my laptop. The scroll button is very sensitive so it allows me to move quickly on a document. It is ergonomic enough so my hands feel comfortable by using it and don’t get tire too fast. Customer service: Very good customer service. I was greeted by an employee as soon as I walked through the door and helped me to contact the correct employee at the right area for getting my product, which I did quickly.

Replacing an m335 i've used for 10 years and love but they don't make them anymore. Close in size but if it just wasn't for the hump on this thing. I guess I should have tried this out sooner, Best Buy 15 day return policy stinks! Sat in the box for 2 weeks before I tried it. Thought I had at least 30 days. Can't use it.
