Dead Product Already

No computer (I have tried multiple) will detect that it's even plugged in, it will not show in Device Manager, and of course does not work. The mouse itself still lights up green. Best Buy only returns products for 14 days, so I'm on my own to deal with this issue.

But it did not work. The receiver that makes it work was missing. They are going to send me another one. But I have to send this one back and they kindly emailed return label but that cannot be printed off due to incompatibility of my computer. Bad experience all way around.

I would recommend this to a friendNice size mouse but was defective

I had to turn the button underneath off then back on to make it work again. Contacted Logitech online and they sent me a new one that works like it is supposed to. Company was very easy and accommodating, no problem to deal with.
