    Could not get this mouse to track correctly. Tried several troubleshooting suggestions. I have always purchased Logitech. When I decided to return it, the deadline had passed. Disappointing. I replaced it with Logitech M705. No issues with tracking.

      That's unfortunate! Refer the mentioned steps and check if that helps to resolve the issue: 1. Verify the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch or something similar. 2. Move the device closer to the USB receiver. If your receiver is in the back of your computer, it may help to relocate the receiver to a front port. In some cases the receiver signal gets blocked by the computer case, causing a delay. 3. Keep other electrical wireless devices away from the USB receiver to avoid interference. 4. Try on a different computer.

    Bought this mouse for my daughter. It stopped working in less than a month. It worked fine at the beginning and then it kept going out until it stopped working all together.

    mouse way too small

    The picture did not look like mouse was so small. I will need to return and get another bigger one. I ordered online to save time but did not work out.

    Just stopped working. After a couple of months, the battery no longer connects - changing the battery doesn't fix the problem.

I recommend running the Logitech “Unifying” software to reestablish the connection between the M325 mouse and USB receiver. I have attached a link to the “getting started” support page for the M325 mouse. There is a “downloads” tab with the Unifying software. I also recommend running the “Firmware Update Tool” to ensure you have the latest software updates, and the “Options” software for customization.     keeps turning off

    This very unreliable - I need to keep turning it off and on as it loses connection with my laptop. I replaced the battery, probably unnecessarily, but it didn't help

    Logitech - M325s Wireless Optical Compact Ambidext

    I prefer the mouse to the touchpad--had the previous version of this same mouse for 10+ years. When I got the new computer [OmniBook X, 17.3"] and plugged in a SanDisk USB 3.0 128GB, a 256GB, or a Lexar USB 3.0 128 GB, the old mouse "froze". With this "M" class mouse, it freezes with those above flash drives, but only when the mouse is used on the mouse pad. Once the drive is removed, the mouse works fine on the pad again. The new mouse also freezes, with or without the pad, when I try to download files from, e.g., a live class--never had any of those problems with my old HP Pavilion computer [R-I-P]. Thus, it seems some organization has to update their drivers--but which one?!?! Otherwise, I like this mouse for use with the laptop--it's small and fits in the bag w/o a big bulge.
