Great Mouse

The battery lasts well over a year, even under heavy use, and they are quite durable as mine is always being tossed around in my backpack.

Neither of this laptop's users are 'serious gamers', so the USB connection is not a problem (i.e. input lag (if any) is NOT noticeable in 'general use'). It might be a little small for someone with large hands. We haven't used this for extended sessions, and we both prefer a trackball for that scenario. For carrying with the laptop to substitute for the track pad, this is a great little mouse.

So this year I made sure to buy one for myself. This mouse has held up well to heavy usage and with the cool colors - it is easy to identify which one belongs to you!

The mouse is actually blue, not violet. It was inexpensive and works great. It's good not to have the cursor jumping around anymore.
