Setup couldn’t be easier. Replaced my work USB mouse that was malfunctioning and no issues. It’s basic but does what I need.

Easy to install and use!!!

There were many available at the store. Performance: It was very easy to setup. No software installation or configuration was required. Just plug-and-play in my laptop. The scroll button is very sensitive so it allows me to move quickly on a document. It is ergonomic enough so my hands feel comfortable by using it and don’t get tire too fast. Customer service: Very good customer service. I was greeted by an employee as soon as I walked through the door and helped me to contact the correct employee at the right area for getting my product, which I did quickly.
