Reliable, well designed mouse

I's compact size & shape fit my small hands very well. I had the 1st mouse for over 3 years. It always worked very well, but I finally dropped it one too many times.

To wire or not to wire.... is that a real question

A remote mouse means I still look like a 21st century dude, who doesnt throw his annoying laptop across the room because his thumb hit the little area below the space bar. This one works well!

Posted .It's interesting that you've experienced the same "no visible light" situation with multiple Logitech M325s mice, even though they function correctly. This is actually a common characteristic of many modern optical mice, including the M325s.
The M325s uses an invisible optical sensor (often infrared) for tracking, rather than a visible red LED light like older mice. So, the absence of a visible light from the bottom of the mouse is normal and not an indication of a fault. As long as the mouse is working fine for your tasks, its performance is as expected!

The mouse works well, however, I don't like the feel of the wheel. It just feels loose. I'm used to other mice where you press a little to get it moving, but this is just a roll and go type of thing. Other than that little nit, the mouse is fine.

Overall, I think that this is a great mouse for general use at home. Pros: small usb connection, syncs quickly, pretty responsive. Cons: noisy (loud clicks, I wouldn't use this in class or a library)
