    This USB mouse is good-looking, functional for 'general use'. Neither of this laptop's users are 'serious gamers', so the USB connection is not a problem (i.e. input lag (if any) is NOT noticeable in 'general use'). It might be a little small for someone with large hands. We haven't used this for extended sessions, and we both prefer a trackball for that scenario. For carrying with the laptop to substitute for the track pad, this is a great little mouse.

    I needed a new mouse to replace old one - it was starting to act a little weird. The mouse is actually blue, not violet. It was inexpensive and works great. It's good not to have the cursor jumping around anymore.

    This is my fourth or fifth version of this mouse. Never breaks, I just keep losing them moving. I'd be very interested to see logitech move to the USB-C port soon though.

    Buying these Logitech Mouse or Keyboard is a tricky process. Logitech's unifying system comes in a few different modes of propreitary communication. That said, be sure you are sticking to one system when you are purchasing. The color of the icon (or lack there of) on the dongle should match for all of your hardware.

    This is my second purchase of this mouse because my wife liked mine and she needed one for her notebook. The small USB dongle that is used to communicate with the wireless mouse can be stored under a cover inside the mouse. The mouse also has a sliding switch to turn it off and on.
