    The product quit working two times within three weeks. The second time, I couldn't get it up and running again. I previously had the same model, and it worked well for a couple of years before it quit working. I took it back and purchased a better model.

    I am happy with this purchase, it has a wide range of colors to choose from. The design is comfortable, but the surface of the buttons isn't 100% smooth, it has a couple of tiny bumps.
